Important context

The KPI measures Open → Completed, which includes time after the build is delivered. Now that I understand the tracking, I'm proactively following up on ticket closures so my real performance is reflected accurately.

I want to be able to troubleshoot complex platform issues independently — call tracking, PMS integrations, advanced automations — without needing to escalate.

English communication confidence

My written communication is strong. I want to match that in verbal and real-time contexts — contributing more actively in team discussions and meetings.

Web design skills applied to role

I have 9+ years of design background that I already use informally. I want to develop this more intentionally so I can add value beyond build execution.

KPI tracking ownership

Now that I understand my KPIs fully, I'll proactively follow up on ticket closures so my actual turnaround time is reflected accurately going forward.
